Dale Clancy – Head of Sector - Business, Computing, Creative Industries and Core Skills
Borders College is full of characters! The staff and students create this amazing culture; you make connections with these people and other organisations in the region which other workplaces are unable to offer. It is a demanding job, but the support network makes this a great place to work.

Pitra McNeill – Quality Improvement Manager
The campus at Galashiels had impressed me greatly, it’s been a breath of fresh air to see so many people happy at work and feeling valued.
Everything I needed to do my job was available to me from the first day, I work in a small team and we’re having a big impact. This is very motivational and rewarding.
