The overall objective of our practice is to develop the relationship between mind, body and soul to help bring us to a place of calm and stillness. To let go of tension in our physical body, quieten the mind, relax and help to manage the stresses of modern life.

This is an 8-week evening course from 6.30pm to 8.00pm, Wednesday's weekly.

Course Content
We will practice Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Asana (physical postures) and we will end each class with a short meditation and a guided relaxation.
