Certification™ is a significant achievement, backed by validated and anonymous feedback from Borders College employees and collected through Great Place To Work®. As the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place To Work® utilises its rigorous, data-driven For All™ methodology. This accreditation confirms that a minimum of 65% of employees consistently enjoy a positive experience at Borders College.

Fair pay for employees has improved to 72%—a 26% increase—while management's clarity in expectations has risen to 75%, up 16%. The workplace is now viewed as a psychologically and emotionally healthy space by 66% of employees, marking a 16% gain.
Additionally, 72% of employees feel they have opportunities for special recognition, a 15% increase, and 69% now look forward to coming to work, up 14%. These remarkable improvements reflect the organization’s dedication to building a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and motivated every day.
