Early Education and Childhood Practice SCQF Level 4 is an engaging and nurturing course, that allows students to learn more about how to work with and support children and young people, understand and support their needs, and identify different job roles and opportunities in the caring sector from birth.

This course has been specially designed to support you in starting your journey towards further study and employment in Childcare and Early Learning.

A minimum of SCQF National 3 awards.

Progression opportunities

If you complete the course and show good attendance you will be offered a place on Early Education and Childhood Practice SCQF Level 5 or Health and Social Care SCQF Level 5/6.
